I’m Jill, a hypnotherapist, RTT, EFT and mind–body practitioner who helps people reconnect with the self that exists beneath their defences. My work blends practical subconscious change with a grounded intuitive understanding of healing that brings people back into flow, clarity and inner steadiness.
My Story
For years, I lived inside patterns that weren’t really 'me' Anxiety, self‑doubt, people‑pleasing, emotional shutdown — all of it was driven by protective adaptations I didn’t even know I’d built. They kept me safe once, but eventually they kept me small.
Healing didn’t happen because I pushed harder. It happened when I learned to meet those old patterns with gentleness, integrate the hurt beneath them, and let my real self come back online. That shift changed everything: my confidence, my relationships, my habits, my sense of direction, my inner peace.
This lived experience is the foundation of my work. I don’t guide people from theory. I guide them from the inside of the journey.
My Approach
My style is intuitive but practical. I’m not here to 'fix' you or analyse you from a distance. I’m here to help you soften the layers that were never truly you, so the part of you that is you can lead again.
I work with a blend of Hypnotherapy, RTT, EFT tapping and meditation‑based mind–body work. These methods help dissolve old programming, calm the nervous system, and restore your natural clarity and intuition.

Healing is remembering, not reinventing yourself.
Flow returns naturally when the real you leads.
Clarity replaces confusion when old patterns soften.
Change doesn’t require force. It requires presence, safety and integration.
Why I Do This Work
Because I know what it feels like to lose your voice, and what it feels like to reclaim it.
I know the relief of no longer being run by old programming. and the freedom that comes when life starts moving with you again.
And because I believe everyone deserves to experience that shift.
